Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly to enhance operational efficiency. You will also participate in testing and refining applications to meet user expectations and business goals, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in your work processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application specifications and user guides. - Engage in troubleshooting and resolving application issues as they arise. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Strong understanding of SharePoint framework and development tools. - Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation. - Familiarity with Microsoft Teams integration and application development. - Knowledge of best practices for SharePoint site architecture and governance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
