Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices within the team, ensuring that the applications meet both functional and non-functional requirements while adhering to best practices in software development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME (L2 program) - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Strong understanding of component-based architecture and state management. - Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. - Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in React.js. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
