Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating those insights into functional specifications, and ensuring that the applications developed align with the overall business objectives. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements. - Develop and implement application features that enhance user experience and meet business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical specifications. - Experience with application development methodologies and frameworks. - Ability to create detailed documentation for application processes and requirements. - Familiarity with testing and debugging applications to ensure functionality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
