You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions to enhance business operations and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Develop and maintain high-quality software code adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. - Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure functionality and identify potential issues. - Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.NET MVC, Angular. - Strong understanding of software development principles and practices. - Experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure web applications. - Knowledge of database management and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
