Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in troubleshooting and optimizing existing applications to improve performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement in application development processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in application development best practices and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications. - Strong understanding of application design principles and software development life cycle. - Experience with integration of SCM applications with other enterprise systems. - Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) Applications. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
