Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to understand project needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the highest quality of deliverables, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and execute functional test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. - Collaborate with other teams to understand enhancement functionality and ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Identify, document, and track defects and issues in a defect management tool. - Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality remains unaffected by new changes. - Contribute to the continuous improvements of testing processes and methodologies. - Provide regular updates and reports on testing progress, issues and results to stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Core Banking. - Must have skills: Flexcube Core Banking. (Flexcube core banking (Lending, Trade, Fees, Agency, Facilities, Payments) - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies. - Excellent in problem solving and analytical skills. - Familiarity with software development tools and version control systems. - Excellent communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Flexcube core banking. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
