Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the overall success of projects by leveraging your expertise in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: oUnderstanding of Salesforce products - Knowledge, Experience Cloud, Salesforce CMS, Accenture Portal Framework (custom, like adobe) - in the context of People & Culture (P&C), oAbility to take requirement and translate to solution oExpertise in APEX, LWC, Admin configuration, flow creation, understanding of flows oMaintain health and operational integrity of solutions oBuild positive relationships with vendors, Technology, PC&C, and O&A colleagues oManage a prioritised backlog of changes, focusing on maintenance and fixes oResearch and resolve process and technical problems, recommend solutions oCollaborate with stakeholders, especially the Content COE, and Technology oPlan, cost, and implement continuous improvements to solutions oDevelop and implement plans for design, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment of changes oFacilitate design sessions, lead configuration, coordinate testing, and execute cutover oEvaluate, communicate, and coordinate functional and technical impacts of decisions oMaintain all operational and technical documentation Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Experience with integration of Salesforce with other platforms. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently. - Familiarity with user experience design principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
