Candidate should have strong knowledge on:

Business Communication and strong knowledge on SDLC process

Good control on ServiceNow core concepts:

Strong ServiceNow base structure knowledge (table dictionary..etc)

Update sets

Client side and Server Side scripts and associated concepts. Strong knowledge on scripting.

Good control in integration side

Having good knowledge on Automation side of activities

Strong knowledge on service catalogs workflows flow designer and automating flows.

Service Portal Knowledge (Agent workspace is optional but preferable)

Strong knowledge on HR process and development experience on HRSM or HRSD.

Qualifications

Experience: Min 4 years Relevant ServiceNow developer Experience

Expertise on: ITSM modules & HRSD (HRSM) are must

Certifications: CSA is must & CAD or Implementation certifications are preferable
