Summary: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the overall success of projects by leveraging your expertise in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features. Professional & Technical Skills: Workspace Consultant: Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience Certifications - Minimum: Google Professional Workspace Administrator -Alternate: Google Professional Cloud Architect, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer -8+ years direct experience working in a consulting role (engineering, support, technical consulting) -5+ years in a customer facing role working with enterprise Workspace clients -Experience in deploying or managing Workspace at enterprise scale (10K+ users, multiple regions or geos) -Google Workspace Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the Google Workspace ecosystem, including Google Workspace core products and other related technologies. -Experience in a customer-facing technical consulting role, with ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business solutions. -Change Management skills: Experience in driving adoption and change management initiatives, for a smooth transition to Google Workspace and user onboarding. -Ability to work with senior customer IT stakeholders to recommend migration approaches and application optimizations to enable successful deployments of Google Workspace at Enterprise scale -Stakeholders Management and Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, ability to influence decision-makers, and articulate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. -Project Management: Ability to manage projects independently and to work autonomously with few inputs -Solution Design and Scoping: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyse client requirements, design tailored solutions, and accurately scope projects for successful delivery. This includes demonstrating attention to detail and healthy negotiation and interpersonal problem-solving skills. -Willingness to travel around 30%-40% - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google Workspace. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with application development frameworks. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application deployment. - Familiarity with user interface design principles. - Experience in integrating third-party APIs and services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google Workspace. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
