Introduction
In this role, you\'ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

As an Application Developer, you will lead IBM into the future by translating system requirements into the design and development of customized systems in an agile environment. The success of IBM is in your hands as you transform vital business needs into code and drive innovation. Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple partners of project and liaison communication between technical and business team on UI Development.
• Be hands-on with development along with having an ability to have team-members led by inspiration and get enabled.
• Address technical problems and propose creative solution that would bring value to client.
• Work closely with Program manager on Estimation, timelines and delivery risks and issues.
• End to end UI development.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• BE / B Tech in any stream, M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) / M.C.A, with Minimum 6 years of experience
• Facilitate and drive technical discussion on requirement and change requests.
• Identify delivery slippage and mitigate technical risks to avoid slippage.
• Be competent in designing architecture design documents and diagrams
• Experience in front end design using Angular JS, angular 2+ and build applications using HTML5, using JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, CSS 3.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 6 to 8 years of UI experience.
• Having Awareness and experience of atomic design concepts, reusable elements, Progressive Web Apps
• Build UI component libraries to be used across the organization
