CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - EAI opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Duties:
Design, develop, and implement enterprise application integration (EAI) solutions using ESB tools such as IBM IIB, Software AG, WebSphere DataPower, SI, Tibco, and Mule.
Create and manage message flows, data transformations, and service orchestrations.
Develop APIs and ensure seamless communication between systems.
Work with web services (SOAP, REST) and protocols including HTTP, SSL/TLS for secure data exchange.
Perform integration testing, performance optimization, troubleshooting, and maintenance of EAI solutions.
Document designs, workflows, and configurations while ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
Provide production support and collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Skills:
Strong proficiency with ESB tools (IBM IIB, Software AG, WebSphere DataPower, Tibco, Mule, etc.).
Hands-on expertise with web services, SOAP, REST, HTTP, SSL/TLS.
Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
Knowledge of API development and integration design.
Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with configuration and support of integration environments.
Experience:
Proven experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) development.
Background in integration design, development, and testing.
Hands-on experience with relational databases such as IBM DB2 and Oracle.
Experience with production support and system maintenance in large-scale environments.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
