CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - DevOps position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Install, configure, and manage DevOps automation tools on cloud and non-cloud infrastructure.
Set up and maintain continuous integration for automated and continuous builds.
Develop build scripts, versioning strategies, and automate packaging and deployment of applications.
Implement continuous testing and monitor application performance and quality.
Lead requirement analysis, perform code reviews, and mentor software development teams.
Design and architect scalable, high-performance, and secure applications and services.
Collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Skills:
Strong proficiency with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, etc.).
Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure.
Proficient in coding/scripting languages such as Java, Python, Shell, and C#.
Knowledge of SDLC methodologies, software engineering best practices, and version control.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and tools like ServiceNow (nice to have).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience in DevOps, automation, and application development.
Experience leading or mentoring software development teams.
Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable applications and services.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
