Design solutions that require creative and investigations and evaluations of alternative architectural solutions. Drive strategic vision and strategy with team to enable the execution of scalable and sophisticated solutions to solve common business needs. Collaboration with various technical and architecture teams across countries to define a common, scalable, and global solution architecture. Act as the principal designer for our global product. Limited coding for proofs of concept and reference implementations. Stay up to date on industry trends and maintains external relationships to develop state of the art knowledge in emerging technologies and to stay abreast of the latest thinking in technology arenas. Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, creative problem-solving and effective interpersonal/communication skills that support the process of building collaboration between teams Design and build high quality, complex frameworks and systems that diagnose and resolve complex issues for our business critical (24/7/365) Access modular cloud-based auditing application. Support development of maintainable and highly scalable multi-tier SaaS applications with web-based, plugin-based, and mobile-based clients on the Microsoft technology stack (VS 201X /.NET 4.X/ C# / Javascript / NoSQL). Work in Agile teams following Agile + SAFe methodologies to deliver high quality products on time with performance and localization requirements in mind. Design architecture utilizing Cloud technologies (SaaS, PaaS) Drive special projects such as greenfield and v1 development, creating microservices, reviewing third party libraries, and conducting technical research regarding different ways to improve the development environment / best practices. Collaborate with Architecture team to identify the right technologies to be used in our application. Design Architecture diagrams that will help the team and integration partners to understand solution and vision. Influence peers and technical staff within the team and collaborate with internal customers and work teams across departments. Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience in software development. 3+ years of programming experience with Web development with latest tools, Windows .NET framework, PowerShell, and C#, with at least 3 years as a senior software development engineer and/or technical lead with similar roles /responsibilities. 2+ years experience ASP.Net Web API or ASP.Net MVC, Javascript, JSON and REST. 3+ years experience developing customer facing applications. 2+ year experience developing Single Page Applications using AngularJS, KnockoutJS, ReactJS, or similar technologies. 2+ year experience in SQL server database, writing queries, stored procs, functions. Proficient in object-oriented design and development using software development best practices. Knowledge of Azure services (e.g. Worker Roles, Web jobs, Service Bus, Table Storage, Blob Storage, and Redis Cache). Experience implementing quality up-front initiatives such as TDD, CI, and automated unit test frameworks. Ability to create Architecture and Data Flow diagrams and produce high level visuals of solution designs. Successful track record delivering high quality products on time while working in Agile Teams and following Agile methodologies. Able to coordinate technical standards within a development team. Ability to strongly influence peers and technical staff within the team. Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience with utilizing and leveraging reference architectures across a team based environment a plus. Highly self-motivated and directed.
