Description:
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - Cloud Integration position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications and integrations using AWS services.
Configure and manage Amazon Connect contact flows, including integration with other platforms via APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
Implement customer engagement solutions using Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, and Pinpoint.
Develop and optimize reports within AWS Connect to support business insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and automated solutions.
Apply automation and infrastructure-as-code practices to AWS environments.
Skills:
Required:
Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, AWS Lambda, AWS Pinpoint or End User Message, and Amazon DynamoDB.
Nice to have:
Service design experience with a developer background and ability to learn quickly.
Experience with AWS customer engagement tools (Connect, Lex, etc.).
Ability to configure contact flows and build reports in AWS Connect.
Integrate AWS Connect IVR with platforms using APIs and AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, etc.).
Hands-on experience with multiple AWS services, including at least two AI services.
Strong scripting skills and experience implementing AWS environments as code.
Automation-focused mindset; AWS certification is a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience developing and integrating cloud applications, particularly on AWS.
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple AWS services in real-world environments.
Experience implementing automated, scalable, and secure cloud solutions.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
