Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will work on developing solutions to enhance business operations and streamline processes in a dynamic environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure optimal performance. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes. - Implement best practices for software development and adhere to coding standards. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the software development field. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Teradata BI. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL). - Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Teradata BI solutions. - Knowledge of database design principles and data modeling. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Teradata BI. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
