Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing application features, and ensuring that the applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality solutions that align with business objectives and user needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. o Terraform o PowerBI (infrastructure and platform setup, requiring cloud platform engineers) o Snowflake Platform and Integration (integration with PowerBI and but could us experience with other platforms like Databricks if they don't have Snowflake specifically) o Security Integrations (e.g.Azure AD and AWS) - primarily the skills are Azure AD, Entra and AWS o Initial work will involve building self-refreshing PowerBI dashboards/reports (estimated 1 month of work). AirNZ wants the offshore team to do is to build the secure connectivity between Snowflake and Power BI. They won't be building any actual dashboards or reports. o The team will be given the problem to be solved and the ask is to create a solution design and be able to articulate how it's going to work. The design will be validated and endorsed by AirNZ before moving into build phase o The work itself is self-contained, which should work with an offshore model o AirNZ will want to interview the senior and may bypass intermediate interviews and leave that to us Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS CloudFormation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Snowflake Data Warehouse. - Strong understanding of infrastructure as code principles. - Experience in automating deployment processes using AWS services. - Familiarity with cloud architecture and best practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in AWS CloudFormation. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
