Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of application development projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of business operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall skill levels. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Development, Accenture Cloud Retail Execution Technical, Accenture Cloud Trade Promotion Management Technical. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
