Summary: Ideal candidates will bring extensive experience in managing implementations, transformations, and migrations. This role is pivotal in setting up new programs for success--through mobilization of the right teams, tools, methods. Roles & Responsibilities: o Experience in Mobilization programs across diverse technology platforms. o Setting up processes, tools, methods, quality controls, and assets for new engagements. o Tracking contract deliverables including financial structures, liability clauses, dependencies, and entry/exit criteria. o Tracking delivery excellence through agile methodologies, quality metrics, and continuous improvement frameworks. o Preparing reports for client steering committees and account governance forums. o Providing technical leadership, mentoring, and build reusable knowledge bases and playbooks. o Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Solutioning, CoEs, Delivery, Platform Engineering, and Recruitment teams to ensure successful mobilization. o Experience in at least one major platform (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, or other supply chain platforms). o Industry Exposure in one or more industries (Health, Products, Communications, Media, Technology, Resources, Utilities, Financial Services, Life Sciences). o Functional Domain Knowledge in at least one key domain (Finance, HR, Supply Chain Management, Customer Experience). o Proven experience in mobilizing and transitioning delivery engagements. o Agile delivery management expertise with focus on SI delivery excellence. o Well versed in tracking project schedule, budget, quality and other metrics through industry standard tools and techniques. Expertise in Project Management and Tracking tools Professional & Technical Skills: o Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contract Solution Gap Analysis o Good to have Skill: Salesforce Lightning Web Components o Exposure to GenAI technologies. o Awareness of emerging technology trends and innovations. o Experience across AMS lifecycle including mobilization, transition, stabilization, shadow support, run & evolve, and continuous improvement. Additional Information: o The candidate should have minimum 13-15 years of experience in Contract Solution Gap Analysis o PMI or equivalent project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). o Relevant platform certifications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9, Supply Chain Platform etc.). o A 15 years full time education is required. o Position Open across PAN India
