Summary: As an Application Developer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the applications meet the highest standards of quality and functionality, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: o Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React and Spring Boot. o Design and implement scalable microservices-based architecture. o Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Digital Fullstack Development. o Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions. o Make key technical decisions and ensure alignment with architectural standards. o Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple teams to drive project success. o Provide scalable and maintainable solutions to complex problems. o Mentor junior developers and facilitate skill development. o Conduct regular team meetings to monitor progress and address challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: Must-Have Skills: o Strong proficiency in TypeScript across both frontend and backend development. o Expertise in React.js for building responsive and dynamic user interfaces. o Experience with React Native. o Solid understanding of Java and Spring Boot Microservices for enterprise-level backend services. o Experience in designing and deploying microservices using Docker and Kubernetes. o Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. o Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). o Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB). Good-to-Have Skills: o Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. o Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. o Understanding of security best practices in web development. o Agile/Scrum methodology experience. Additional Information: o This role is based in our Bengaluru office. o Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Fullstack Development. o A full-time education of 15 years is mandatory.
