Summary: As a Technical architect, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with teams to create innovative solutions, solve technical blockers in the solution and ensure seamless application functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage team,s performance - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead architectural discussions and decisions - Responsible for tech solutioning - Develop technical specifications and architecture designs - Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards are met Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficient in Salesforce Technical Architecture -Good to have Salesforce certifications - PD1, Identity and access management, Systems architect, Application Architect, Experience cloud consultant, etc. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities - Experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions - Knowledge of integration patterns and best practices - Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning components -Good to have - o Deployments using Devops processes o Salesforce Einstein AI o Salesforce non profit cloud or government cloud knowledge Good communication and client facing skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture - This position is out of Pune/Bengaluru/Mumbai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
