Summery: As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing solutions aligned to the requirements, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will also engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be proficient in Salesforce skills like LWC, Flows, Experience cloud, SF configurations - Collaborate with team - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. -Timely delivery of the development task assigned -Build, unit test and deploy the code to higher environments. -Participate in team meetings and be a contributor in those meetings. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance. -Omnistudio skills like omniscripting -SF configurations - Flows, sharing settings, sharing rules permission sets, profiles, custom objects, fields, etc. -SF development - LWC, aura -Experience cloud - -Salesforce reports and dashboards -Deployments using Devops processes -Salesforce Einstein AI- Good to have -Salesforce non profit cloud or government cloud knowledge - good to have - Good to have Salesforce certifications - SF Admin, PD1,PD2,etc. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components and overall 4+ years in Salesforce development - This position is out of Pune/Bengaluru/Mumbai office - A 15 years full-time education is required
