1 Cross Scenario configuration System preparation Infrastructure configuration Basic configuration Embeed search setup 2 Change Request Management(ChaRM) Configure End -to -End ChaRM setup Normal change workflow configuration Urgent Change Workflow Admin Change Approval setup in custom workflow for minimum extra 2 levels Setup the admin cockpit configuration CSOL , DGP and Cross reference check Email configuration Auto TR movement setup to Production Transport route configuration for ChaRM specifc LCG setup 3 Central ATC Hub Central ATC Hub system setup Remote based Varaint configuration on managed system version wise Configure mandatory check on Task release and TOC import throiugh ChaRM Connect all managed system to central ATC Hub Enable remote analysis Baseline the findings and release to user Setup exceptional approval process 4 Technical Monitroing Managed system setup Diagnostic Agent and Host agent setup on managed system servers Enable technical monitoring MAI in solman Configure system monitoring - ABAP, Java ,.. Create custom template on product version Adjust metric and alerts on product wise Setup notification and alerting Alert infrastructure in MAI_Tools 5 SAP Cloud ALM CTMS setup Integration and Exception monitoring Health Monitoring Cloud related tenant setup Good to have SAP SOLMAN experience.
