Summary We are seeking experienced Oracle CC&B Tester to join our QA team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing (CC&B) implementations and upgrades to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the system. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and end-users to understand requirements and validate system functionality. Key Responsibilities: xe2x80xa2 Analyze functional and technical requirements related to Oracle CC&B modules. xe2x80xa2 Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans for CC&B applications. xe2x80xa2 Perform different types of testing such as functional, regression, integration, system, UAT, and performance testing. xe2x80xa2 Validate data flows across CC&B modules and integrated systems. xe2x80xa2 Create and maintain test data for various scenarios. xe2x80xa2 Log defects, track them to closure, and collaborate with development teams for resolution. xe2x80xa2 Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. xe2x80xa2 Contribute to test automation strategy where applicable. xe2x80xa2 Prepare detailed test reports and provide inputs for go/no-go decisions. xe2x80xa2 Ensure compliance with internal testing standards and best practices. Required Skills & Experience: xe2x80xa2 3-5 years of hands-on testing experience in Oracle CC&B. xe2x80xa2 Strong knowledge of CC&B modules such as Customer Information, Billing, Payments, and Meter Management. xe2x80xa2 Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF). xe2x80xa2 Familiarity with SQL and database validation using Oracle DB. xe2x80xa2 Hands-on experience with tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, Selenium, or other test management tools. xe2x80xa2 Understanding of web services (SOAP/REST) and tools like SoapUI/Postman. xe2x80xa2 Experience working in agile/scrum development environments. xe2x80xa2 Excellent analytical and communication skills. xe2x80xa2 Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
