Description:
CTG is seeking to fill an Application Developer - Azure Cloud Full Stack position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 4 months
Duties:
Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native full stack applications on Microsoft Azure.
Build rich, responsive user interfaces using Single Page Applications (SPA) or microfrontend architectures.
Develop scalable, resilient backend microservices following 12-factor principles and domain-driven design (bounded contexts).
Implement API-driven and event-driven microservices architectures.
Develop and manage containerized and serverless workloads.
Design and implement modern SQL and NoSQL data models aligned to application needs.
Participate in Agile development cycles with continuous integration, delivery, and improvement.
Implement and support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing using test-driven development practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, observable, and highly available cloud solutions.
Skills:
Strong full stack development experience in cloud-native environments.
Frontend frameworks: ReactJS or Angular.
Backend development with .NET Core / .NET technologies.
Microservices and API-based architecture expertise.
Event-driven architecture experience, including Kafka and Zookeeper.
Proficiency with Azure cloud services and frameworks.
CI/CD and DevSecOps practices using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ARM templates.
Test Driven Development (TDD) experience.
Experience:
Hands-on experience developing and managing applications on Azure PaaS services, including:
Azure Virtual Machines (VMs), Azure Container Service, Azure Container Registry
Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, Azure Batch
Azure Functions and Azure Service Fabric
Experience with Azure API Management (APIM), Azure CDN, and routing services.
Database experience with Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Cache for Redis.
Event and integration services experience with Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, and APIM.
Observability and monitoring using Azure Application Insights and Azure Monitor.
Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell and YAML-based pipelines.
Azure networking knowledge, including Azure Virtual Networks (VNet) and VM networking.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
