Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Generic TM Shifts (10-7:30 / 11-8:30 / 12-9:30)
Hiring Model: Contract-to-Hire (9 Months) via 2COMS
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years Relevant (AA A360 + VBA)
About the Role
We are hiring an experienced RPA Application Developer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 and VBA/Excel Macros for a leading MNC in Noida
This is a hands-on development role where you will design, build, and support enterprise-grade automation solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop & configure automation workflows in Automation Anywhere A360
Act as Senior/Lead Developer for end-to-end RPA projects
Prepare & review SDD/TDD documents
Perform code reviews and ensure AA development best practices
Troubleshoot production bots & perform root cause analysis
Support SIT, UAT, deployments & release management
Build reusable components, utilities, and automation frameworks
Manage environment maintenance & code/version control
Requirements
Required Skills
5+ years relevant experience in AA A360 (must)
Automation Anywhere Advanced Certification
Hands-on experience with
Work Queues, RE-Framework
Credential Vault & Error Handling
OCR/PDF extraction
Attended/Unattended bot architecture
Strong experience in VBA/Excel Macros
Regex expertise (Must Have)
Exposure to SQL, Git/SVN, JIRA/ServiceNow, MS Teams
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
