Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of application design with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Worksoft Certify. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with requirement gathering and analysis techniques. - Ability to create detailed design specifications and documentation. - Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies.
