Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating application designs, and ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives. You will also engage in discussions with team members to refine designs and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process, ensuring that the applications are both functional and user-friendly. Your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between technical capabilities and business needs, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Studio. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with integration tools and techniques relevant to Workday. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with testing methodologies to ensure application quality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Studio. - This position is based at our Noida office. - Candidate should have good experience in core integration with studio knowledge.
