Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and creating innovative solutions that enhance application functionality and user experience. You will engage in discussions to refine project goals and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also documenting design specifications and contributing to the overall project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and development best practices. - Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation. - Familiarity with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for building modern web parts. - Knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps for creating custom applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
