Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will also engage in iterative design processes, ensuring that the applications align with both user expectations and business objectives, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in application design. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in the development and documentation of application design specifications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and development best practices. - Experience in customizing SharePoint sites and applications to enhance user experience. - Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform for application development. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
