Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in problem-solving discussions, contribute to design reviews, and iterate on application features to enhance user experience and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in developing and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform. - Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
