Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will also engage in iterative design processes, ensuring that the applications align with business objectives while maintaining a user-centric approach. Your role will require you to stay updated with the latest trends in application design and development, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to enhance your expertise in application design. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ASP.NET MVC. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in developing and customizing SharePoint Online applications. - Familiarity with user experience design and usability testing. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development. - This position is based in Hyderabad. - A 15 years full time education is required.
