Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will also engage in iterative design processes, refining applications based on user feedback and testing outcomes, while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and drive consensus among stakeholders. - Mentor junior professionals in application design principles and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Strong understanding of application design methodologies and frameworks. - Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment. - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and user experience. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
