Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating design specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with business objectives. You will also engage in discussions with team members to refine designs and address any challenges that arise during the development process, ensuring that the final product meets the highest standards of quality and functionality. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Develop and document application design specifications based on business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with test case design and execution. - Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in application design. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
