Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will be pivotal in creating solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and document application design specifications to guide development efforts. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with requirement gathering and analysis techniques. - Ability to create detailed documentation for application specifications. - Familiarity with testing methodologies to ensure application quality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday US Absence Management. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
