Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday reporting and analytics. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with integration tools and techniques within the Workday ecosystem. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
