Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in discussions to refine designs and iterate on solutions, ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and efficient. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet specified requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with ITIL framework. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Familiarity with agile development practices and tools. - Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
