Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will also engage in iterative design processes, working closely with development teams to refine application features and functionalities, while maintaining a focus on user experience and efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with integration of SAP BTP services and tools. - Familiarity with agile development practices and project management. - Ability to analyze and optimize application performance. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development. - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
