Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with organizational goals. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and contribute to the overall improvement of business processes through innovative solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with automated testing frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Experience in writing and executing test cases and test plans. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
