Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with user expectations and organizational goals. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and contribute to the overall development process, ensuring that the final product is both functional and user-friendly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design. - Develop and maintain application documentation to ensure clarity and consistency. - Assist in the testing and validation of applications to ensure they meet specified requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of web development frameworks and technologies. - Experience with database management and integration. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of application deployment and cloud services. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
