Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications are user-friendly and efficient. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and contribute to the overall development process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user expectations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design. - Develop and maintain application documentation to ensure clarity and consistency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL. - Experience in version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
