Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and specifications. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with test automation frameworks. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Ability to create detailed test plans and test cases based on requirements. - Experience in collaborating with development teams to ensure quality deliverables. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Functional Test Planning. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
