Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with team members to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and creating application designs that align with business objectives. You will engage in discussions to refine application features and ensure that the solutions developed are user-friendly and effective in addressing the identified needs. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify application requirements. - Develop and document application design specifications based on business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Core Development. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with user interface design and user experience best practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Core Development. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
