Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating those needs into functional specifications, and working closely with development teams to ensure that the applications align with the defined requirements. You will also participate in testing and validation processes to ensure that the final product meets the expected standards and delivers value to the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis. - Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Experience in creating detailed documentation for business processes and application designs. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals. - Familiarity with application design methodologies and frameworks. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
