Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing business needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will also engage in design discussions, ensuring that the applications align with the overall business strategy and technical architecture. Your role will require you to balance technical expertise with a keen understanding of user experience, ensuring that the applications you design are both functional and user-friendly. You will be a key player in the development process, working closely with developers to ensure that the final product meets the defined requirements and quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience with integration techniques and tools within the SAP ecosystem. - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques for HANA applications. - Ability to create detailed technical documentation and specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - This position is based in Mumbai. - A 15 years full time education is required.
