Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with user expectations and organizational goals. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and contribute to the overall development process, ensuring that the final product is both functional and user-friendly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage with stakeholders to gather and clarify application requirements. - Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure quality and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML), User Interface Development. - Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices. - Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools. - Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to enhance application functionality. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
