Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, translating business needs into technical specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with user expectations and organizational goals. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and contribute to the overall development process, ensuring that the final product is both functional and user-friendly. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application design. - Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with User Interface Development, Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML). - Strong understanding of web application architecture and design principles. - Experience with JavaScript frameworks and libraries. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
