Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also participating in testing and validation processes to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the applications developed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Testing. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in requirements gathering and analysis. - Familiarity with software development life cycle and project management practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Manhattan Active Order Management Functional. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
