Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, creating design specifications, and ensuring that the applications align with business objectives. You will also engage in discussions with team members to refine designs and address any challenges that arise during the development process, ensuring a smooth workflow and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application design. - Develop and document design specifications that align with business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Testing. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in testing applications to ensure they meet specified requirements. - Familiarity with various testing tools and frameworks relevant to Salesforce. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
