Job Summary The SmartSheet Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing SmartSheet solutions to improve project management, workflow automation, reporting, and collaboration across the organization. This role ensures SmartSheet adoption, governance, user support, and integration with business systems. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities -Configure and administer SmartSheet dashboards, reports, forms, control centers, and portals - Develop automated workflows, data workflows, alerts, and approval processes - Create and manage templates, blueprints, metadata structures, and governance models - Manage user access, licenses, permissions, and data security - Integrate SmartSheet with other tools (Excel, MS Teams, Jira, Power BI, etc.) - Build KPI metrics and executive-level reporting - Provide troubleshooting, user training, and best practices guidance - Support process optimization and digital transformation initiatives - Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into SmartSheet solutions - Monitor platform performance & product updates, executing enhancements as needed ________________________________________ Required Skills Strong hands-on SmartSheet expertise including: o Control Center, DataMesh, Data Shuttle, Calendar App, Resource Management o Formulas, cell linking, automation rules o Dashboards, reports & metrics visualization Good understanding of: o Project/program/portfolio management concepts o Database structures, data mapping & workflow design o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications -SmartSheet Core Product or Project Management Certification - Experience in PMO / Operations / IT Delivery environments - Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Jira / ServiceNow (optional) - Familiarity with Agile / Scrum practices Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
