Summary: As an Application Designer, you will assist in defining requirements and designing applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyzing user needs, and translating them into functional specifications. You will engage in discussions to refine application designs and ensure alignment with business objectives, while also addressing any challenges that arise during the development process. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that the applications not only meet technical standards but also enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for application designs and processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Program Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile Process Coaching. - Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Program Management. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
